OUR MISSION

Finding Forever was created with one mission in mind: to support young women through sorority recruitment with confidence in who they already are. We know that the process can feel overwhelming — from navigating conversations and expectations to managing nerves and outside pressure. That’s where our support begins.

We believe sorority recruitment isn’t about fitting a mold or performing a version of yourself that doesn’t feel authentic. It’s about understanding your value, sharing your story with confidence, and celebrating your unique attributes that set you apart from others. Our goal is to help every woman enter recruitment feeling prepared — and leave knowing she showed up as herself.

OUR PROCESS

At Finding Forever, we guide each client through recruitment with personalized, thoughtful support designed to help them feel prepared, confident, and ready to walk into every house.

We don’t just provide general recruitment information—we dive deep into outfits and beauty planning, building your conversational skills, conducting mock recruitment sessions, discussing what to post (and what not to post) on social media, and so much more.

Whatever you need to feel fully prepared for recruitment, we’ve got you covered.

We also place a strong emphasis on mental and emotional well-being, as it is often an overlooked factor that plays a significant role in recruitment success. Throughout the process, we help our clients manage pressure, overcome self-doubt, and approach each round with a clear, confident mindset.

THE FOUNDER

- Talia Fritzhand -

College Transition and Student Success Coach

As a recruitment counselor and orientation leader, Talia has spent years working closely with first-year students during one of the most transitional periods of their lives. To this date she has personally supported over 320 students through the general college transition and mentored over 100 students through the sorority recruitment process.

Talia graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelors of Science from the College of Health Sciences and a minor in Leadership Studies.

Over the years, Talia has seen an abundance of college students struggle with recruitment induced anxiety, self-doubt, and comparison. This experience drove Talia to feel she could make a difference by helping young women stay grounded in their self-worth through moments of uncertainty.

By providing this personalized support, Talia has seen increased bid acceptance rates and higher levels of long-term client satisfaction within their sororities. Clients were more likely to find a sorority that truly fit their personalities and goals, leading to a more meaningful and fulfilling membership experience with life-long friendships. She attributes this success to helping women make recruitment decisions based on genuine alignment with a chapter’s values, culture, and community rather than prestige alone.

Talia is currently based in RI, and is accepting clients all across the country. In her free time she enjoys hiking, running, and art! Talia looks forward to continuing to support young women in showing up as themselves, navigating recruitment with confidence, and knowing they completed the process honoring who they are.

“Talia was such a breath of fresh air during the recruitment process. She was always willing to listen and provide support where she could, even if it wasn’t about sororities or the recruitment process at all. She is such a genuine human being and has a passion for making sure every individual is seen and heard. I am grateful I had the opportunity to have her as my recruitment coach throughout the process!”
