Our Mission

Finding Forever was created with one mission in mind: to support young women through sorority recruitment with confidence in who they already are. We understand that the process can feel overwhelming — from navigating conversations and expectations to managing nerves and outside pressure. That’s where our support begins.

We believe sorority recruitment isn’t about fitting a mold or performing a version of yourself that doesn’t feel authentic. It’s about understanding your value, sharing your story with confidence, and celebrating your unique attributes that set you apart from others. Our goal is to help every woman enter recruitment feeling prepared — and leave knowing she showed up as herself.

At Finding Forever, we guide each client through recruitment with personalized, thoughtful support designed to help them feel prepared, confident, and ready to walk into each house. Our approach is practical, and individualized, allowing young women to move through the process with clarity rather than stress.

We place a strong emphasis on mental and emotional well-being as it is often an overlooked factor that plays a key role in recruitment success. Throughout the process, we help our clients manage pressure, quiet self-doubt, and approach each round with a clear, confident mindset.

Welcome to Finding Forever — the start of your next chapter begins here.

Meet The Founder

Talia Fritzhand

As a recruitment counselor and orientation leader, Talia spent years working closely with first-year students during one of the most transitional periods of their lives. To this date she has successfully supported over 7,000 students through the general college transition and mentored over 100 students through the sorority recruitment process.

Talia watched many young women enter sorority recruitment with excitement, hope, and confidence about what college might bring. Yet, after the first round of recruitment, she often noticed a shift. Excitement was replaced by anxiety, comparison, and self-doubt — not because these women lacked confidence, but because the process can challenge even the most self-assured individuals.

That experience shaped Talia’s approach to mentorship. She realized her role wasn’t just to explain the recruitment process, but to help young women stay grounded in their self-worth and trust themselves through moments of uncertainty. By reinforcing confidence, perspective, and emotional steadiness, she helps students move through recruitment with clarity and resilience.

That remains her goal today: to support young women in showing up as themselves, navigating recruitment with confidence, and walking away knowing they honored who they are.

Kellian Moore

“Talia was such a breath of fresh air during the recruitment process. She was always willing to listen and provide support where she could, even if it wasn’t about sororities or the recruitment process at all. She is such a genuine human being and has a passion for making sure every individual is seen and heard. I am grateful I had the opportunity to have her as my recruitment coach throughout the process!”

“I just want you to know how much Talia’s support meant to me. She created such a safe, welcoming space where girls felt heard and valued. The way she showed up for me and other girls in my recruitment group with empathy, encouragement, and patience truly made a difference in my experience. She was there every second I needed to call her when I didn’t know what to do.”
